With expertise in handling a diverse range of HR Operations, Payroll & Accounting functions, she takes care of Employee Lifecycle, Payroll Management, and Statutory Compliances.
Mr. Vinay Kumar is the Head of Digital Practice at Mindpool Technologies. He joined the company in Aug 2016 and has been driving the company with business development and client engagement since then.
Vinay holds Masters in Computer Management along with Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He hoists about a decade of experience in the Digital Space. He has been working to build sustainable business relationships with clients by providing Digital Solutions and Business Advantages to the clients in the form of definitive results and consistent project deliveries.
Mr. Sanskar Prabhakar is the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of Mindpool Technologies Ltd. As a young mind, Sankar brings innovation to the company and has become an important part of the Mindpool Team.
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. He is thorough professional having expertise in Statutory and Stock Exchange Compliance and handles the secretarial, contracts, compliance, and other legal matters of the Company.
